I’ve spent more than twenty-five years doing one thing —
helping people remember who the hell they really are.
I’ve trained kids who didn’t believe in themselves,
parents who forgot they mattered,
and grown adults who thought their best years were behind them.
I’ve watched athletes earn scholarships.
I’ve watched people rebuild their confidence from scratch.
I’ve seen lives change — not because of perfect programs,
but because someone finally stood beside them and pushed them the right way.
I don’t sell shortcuts.
I don’t sugarcoat the work.
I train people to get stronger —
physically, mentally, and in every part of their life
they thought was too far gone.
This isn’t just personal training.
This is belief training.
And if you show up — truly show up —
I’ll help you become the version of you
you stopped believing you could be.
Outside the training, the programs, and the late nights building this brand… I’m just a man who’s lived a lot of different lives and carried every version of myself forward.
I’m a father to three — Christian, Jayden, and Taylor. They’ve seen me at my highest and my lowest. They’ve watched me fall apart, rebuild, grow, and outgrow. They’re the reason I hold myself to a standard even on the days nobody’s watching. Everything I teach comes from the same place I raise them: honesty, strength, and not running from who you are.
I wasn’t born confident. I grew up the kid who didn’t fit in — overweight, picked on, low self-esteem, always feeling like I wasn’t enough. Somebody believed in me before I ever believed in myself, and it changed everything. It’s why I take this work personal. I know what it feels like to need someone in your corner.
Before I was a trainer, I lived inside the world of combat sports.
I’m a Black Belt in Okinawan Karate, spent years boxing and kickboxing, won multiple championships, practiced jiu-jitsu, and even stepped into the world of pro wrestling. That chapter taught me discipline, grit, presence, and how far the body can go when the mind refuses to quit.
I’ve always been a learner. I was a math and science major, and I never stopped studying. These days it’s the mind, the subconscious, trauma, energy, and human behavior. Not for trends — but because I’ve lived enough darkness to want to understand what actually creates strength, fear, confidence, doubt, and identity.
Meditation became a big part of that.
Not the “sit perfectly still on a mountain” kind — but the real kind. Breathing. Slowing down. Quieting the noise long enough to hear the truth you usually avoid. It keeps me grounded and opens the door to learning things about myself I’d never see in the chaos.
When I’m not coaching or writing, I’m outside. Hiking, Kayaking, Sitting by water. Walking until my mind stops yelling and starts talking. I like quiet, I like real conversations, and I’m drawn to people who feel unseen — the kids who never fit in, the athletes who need a second chance, the adults who forgot what they’re capable of.
I’m not here to pretend.
I’m not here to be perfect.
I’m here to help people get strong — in their body, in their mind, and in the places they stopped believing in themselves.
That’s who I am when everything’s stripped down.
And that’s exactly who you get when you work with me.
